Our Hiring Steps

  • 1st Step: search for the position you are applying for online and submit CV

  • 2nd step – initial conversation with our Recruitment Co-Ordinator to see if Hazelmont is a good fit and if Hazelmont is a good for fit for yourself. This is also the opportunity to ask any questions about the role.

  • 3rd Step – conduct an interview. Depending on the role you have applied for  certain roles will have relevant experience in children care as a requirement, such as senior , Deputy Manager and Register Managers. In the child care practitioner roles , we are or interested in attitude, passion and enthusiasm.

  • 4th Step – experience a shadow shift –

  • 5th Step – formal offer letter

  • 6th – Induction training – comprehensive training both offline and online in the home.
